Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Kelime & İşlem Düellosu account and personal information at any time. To preserve the integrity of match results, some historical match records may be retained after account links, display names, and answer content are removed.
Deletion scope and retention
- Account and profile information: email address, player ID (UUID), display name, and selected avatar.
- Account-linked data: information directly associated with your account, such as your profile, total score, and user content.
- Match history: some match and duel records may be retained in anonymized form to preserve result integrity. Account links, display names, and answer content are removed from those records.
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
If the app is installed on your device, this is the fastest and most secure method:
- Open the app and tap the Profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Delete My Account Permanently at the bottom of the page.
- After you confirm, your account and profile information will be removed from active systems. Match records retained to preserve result integrity may remain without account links, display names, or answer content.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you deleted the app or cannot access your device, you can request account deletion by email.
Security and verification: To prevent unauthorized deletion and abuse, requests must be sent from the email address registered to your account.
Use the button below to open a prefilled deletion request in your email app:
✉️ Email an account deletion requestIf your email app does not open, email redme.developer@gmail.com from the address registered to your game account with the subject Account and Data Deletion Request. Your request will be reviewed, and your account and data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
