Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to the Kelime & İşlem Düellosu mobile game. For privacy questions or data requests, use the support form or email redme.developer@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- Account information: email address, user ID, and authentication information provided by Google if you choose Google sign-in.
- Profile and game data: display name, avatar emoji, scores, game answers, matchmaking, and leaderboard data.
- User content: chat messages, message reports, and text submitted through the feedback form.
- Support form data: the name, email address, and message you choose to provide on this site.
- Launch mailing list: the email address and closed-test preference you submit on the home page. We store this through Netlify Forms to announce the game and, if selected, send a test invitation.
How we use and share data
We use data to create accounts, provide the game and online matches, show scores, keep chat safe, provide support, and prevent abuse. Chat messages are visible only to other players in the relevant match.
The game's authentication and online services run on Supabase. Google participates in authentication if you choose Google sign-in. We do not sell data for advertising or share it with advertising networks.
Security and data on your device
Communication between the app and its services uses HTTPS. Session keys are stored in your device's secure storage. Theme, sound, and vibration preferences are stored only on your device.
Retention and deletion
Account and profile information is kept while your account is active. When an account is deleted, identity and profile information is removed from active systems. Some match records may be retained to preserve match results and ongoing game integrity; account links, display names, and answer content are removed from those records. Data in technical backups may remain temporarily during the service provider's configured backup cycle. Deleted accounts are not restored.
Your launch-list email is held in Netlify Forms to announce the game and, if selected, send a closed-test invitation. To have it removed, email redme.developer@gmail.com.
If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion request page or email redme.developer@gmail.com. We may ask for the email address associated with your account to verify your identity.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it from our systems. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us at redme.developer@gmail.com.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, use the support form or email redme.developer@gmail.com. We will update the date on this page when this policy or our data practices change.
